Travelling India

Later this week I set off on a bit of an adventure. Heading out via Brugge, Rotterdam, Amsterdam and Dubai I’ll get in to India on November 12th. The plan is to spend the first month exploring the southern state of Kerala then work my way up to Goa for Christmas and New year. From there, up to Mumbai, across to Delhi, Varanasi, Rishikesh and many more along the way on a 6 month trip.

Why India? I’ve always been drawn to the history, the art, the culture but more than anything I’m looking forward to being in nature and exploring all the amazing terrain the country has to offer. Some mountain treks in the Himalayas are definitely on the agenda. I’d love to learn to surf and it will be a good opportunity to finally figure out how to use my Fujifilm XT-20! I can’t think of anywhere better to practice my photography than India.

While my main focus for the next 6 months is going to be travel, I may take on some smaller briefs along the way so please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you’d like to work together. After that, I’ll be looking to settle in one spot for a while and potentially take on some larger projects from May 2019 onwards.

Maybe that will be back in London, or potentially I might head onwards into Asia or possibly even Barcelona. I’m going to leave it in the hands of the universe and see where it takes me. 🙌
